Hye and good morning. Now, it's almost 4 a.m and my eyes are bright as ever when its come to night. I don't know why i having this problem and i wondering if it becomes habit after i finished my study?
So i do some research about this and it says when you having trouble sleeping at night it maybe insomnia.
A sleep disorder is a condition that frequently impacts your ability to get enough quality sleep.
yeah its true! i can't have a good quality sleep. If i can't sleep at night so i want to sleep in the morning but i can't!! (of course i can due MVO but until when?) so what should i do? taking medication? no.. no.. no... i hate medications!
maybe i have to learn yoga😂 it can rest our mind right? i will try it for now and you guys.. wait for my update okay? bye..bye..
