Assalamualaikum

Today i want to make a review for this product, Moisturizer from Nivea Refreshingly Soft with Jojoba Oil &Vitamin E. If you read my previous post about Moisturizer for oily skin. I was mentioned that i'm a not a person who like to change product but now i have a new moisturizer.

opss..opss.. Don't judge by its cover. Let me explain first. The reason i use this new moisturizer is....
i got it from my father. haha. There was a long story~ i don't know how to make it short but i'll try my best. lol

Firstly, my Hada labo Water Gel the big and small containers got empty and i don't restock it cause i lack of my money. After i finished my study and stay with my family, my dad doesn't give me money anymore and i can't do my part time job as substitude teacher cause school is closed during MCO.. uhuk! I broke!

So i brave myself and asked my dad " Dad.. can you buy me a moisturizer?" well.. I don't know how to buy online by myself. Is not like i don't want to learn but i'm sure if i know how to use it, i will spent much of my money in my credit card. no..no..no.. so better i don't how know to use it. 😝

Make it short, my dad said that moisturizer is too expensive and he will find the cheeper one for me and my reaction?

"Okay.. make sure its suitable for oily skin"

and a few days later i got this.. haha new moisturizer and when i checked it. Oh! it's unfamous moisturizer and there are too many people who tried this product and said it's bad, not good..bla..bla.. really i'm scared at first cause i never use Nivea product before but my dad always ask me every single day "how is it?" and i always say "i will try it" uhuhu.. i don't want to make his sad so i pushed myself to try it and the first day i try this product, I make a du'a first, wish it will not make a breakout or something like that and tadaaaaa...

Alhamdulillah this product is suitable for my oily skin. It Does'nt make my skin breakout and i don't get a new pimple. thanks Allah! love you! what i like the most this product is i can use it everywhere i want, for my face, my hands and my body as well.  3 in one!

I like the packaging. have a plastic which it can keep the cream safe.(sebab i lasak orangnya,, selalu tercampak barang. kekadang sampai terbalik >.<)

But i'm not quite like the smell from it. A bit strong or it's too strong for me and usually i don't like buy the products that have fragrance especially for my skincare and i always to avoid it but for now, i mean for this product i would make an exception cause my dad bought it! and i really really appreciate. thanks dad!

Next,  the texture.. well it's soft and light and i only apply this mosturizer in day time (morning, afternoon and evening after pray) and i'll switch it to Hada Labo Perfect Gel at night. Why i switch it? cause i need a moisturizer with retinol and the product with retinol really good at night and can't use it in day time. I think i would make a new post about retinol. hahaha. Just wait for it.. >.<

Ok, what's next? ingredients.

Water, Glycerin, Paraffinum Liquidum, Myristyl Alcohol, Butylene Glycol, Alcohol Denat., Stearic Acid, Myristyl Myristate, Cera Microcristallina, Glyceryl Stearate, Hydrogenated Coco-Glycerides, Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate, Lanolin Alcohol (Eucerit®), Polyglyceryl-2 Caprate, Dimethicone, Sodium Carbomer, Phenoxyethanol, Linalool, Citronellol, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Limonene, Benzyl Alcohol, Benzyl Salicylate, Fragrance.

I don't see any special ingredients than Stearic Acid  Simmondsia Chinensis Seed oil and Benzyl Alcohol.

Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil or Jojoba oil is good. Usually its used for medicine to treat acne, psoriasis, sunburn, and chapped skin and It is also used topically to encourage the regrowth of hair in people who are balding.

Stearic Acid huh? i like  to use product that have acid like Salicylic acid and Hyaluronic acid but Stearic Acid?mm..

Stearic Acid is comedogenic. it is likely to cause acne or pimples. Even its can be use as a surfactant to help wash away excess oil and dirt from the skin. It still can cause acne or pimple but this is normal ingreadient that we can found in make up product. What can i say?Just be careful if you like to use make up. >.<

and last one Benzyl Alcohol. I don't if you all know this ingreadient but its really useful cause it can kill microbes especially parasites..wuuu parasites!!!

hahaha.. okay that's all. Forgive me if there are mistake cause i'm not dermatologist and i'm not a good with ingredients but what i know, i will sharing with you for good both of us ^^

Hope you find your suitable product.
See ya!
See ya!

Every class would have different kinds of kids who are difficult to handle. The rebel, the irregular, the talkative, the naughty and more menacing quality students. When a new academic year commences, it is common for teachers to be apprehensive about these kids. In such anxiety, there are chances for them to take a toll on those students. But don't you think that was what all the other teachers would have done earlier to them already? If that had not changed their behaviour, how do you expect that the same action would change them this year? Here are a few effective ways to handle troublesome students:

Probe but not judge

Teachers usually ask other teachers about the new batch of students who are allotted to their class. With the experience of other teachers, most teachers make a judgement and create a pre-conceived notion about their to be students. It is good to listen to others' opinion, but wait until you see things for yourself because people need not be the same to everyone. A harsh teacher's behaviour could turn a student into a rebel while kindness can make him a gentleman or her a gracious lady. So first look for yourself and then decide how you want to treat them. This could give you better results than the other teachers. Sponsored Cyber Security Courses in Puchong Batu Dua Belas May… Cyber Security Courses |… Sponsored Everyone In Malaysia Is Going Crazy Over This High Speed… techdiscountdeals.com How to Handle Troublesome Students?

Give and get trust

Some times giving a chance for the irregular students to be regular is giving them your trust than inducing fear. This is because such students are those who have already wiped out from them the fear of being punished. Act as though you immensely trust those students and make them aware that you have high expectations of them. This might not make them diligent, however, it could help them build on their own self-esteem that teachers can trust them and make them put in sufficient efforts. 5 Ideas to Create a Thematic Classroom

Hope for best,

prepare for worst You could make the best preparations to handle a rebel but you must not expect that your outcome would be positive the very fist attempt. Try out different means such as politeness, warning, trying to genuinely understand the students' problems in following rules etc. Don't expect only good things from them. They are more likely to misbehave as they too might have a preconceived notion about you from what they would have heard from their seniors. So take time to let them understand that you are being nice to them and then build an understanding.

Give them care than hatred

When you give kindness and care to a student whom nobody likes, they are most likely to give their loyalty forever. This can be of your advantage as they will put extra efforts to be good in your subject and class.

Spread positivity

Positive motivation works better than negative motivation. Make the naughty students believe that they are capable and worthy of being well behaved by introducing rewards like a star sticker on their records or candies for good behaviour. Help them feel good about being a good student so that they could make it a habit. How to Empower School Students Through Education?

Be their role model

On the whole, a teacher must show the students the right way to lead life by being a living example. Even if you are a strict teacher, if you are kind and just in your actions, the students will love you for your behaviour and try to imitate it. This will be your biggest success as a teacher. So eventually, misbehaviour can be replaced with good behaviours.

The Complete Guide To Peer Interviewing - Harver

Assalamualaikum, hmmmm..

Last week i went to Interview for Assistant Veterinary Officer for the first time but what happened is not like i expected. Lol.. I want to Interview for position AVO but i got training for HR position for 3 months but nevermind~ i really want to work (sampai bila nak makan duit umi ayah kan)

So now, what you want to know first?
The questions and answers that i've already prepared before interviews or the questions they asked me at that time (for answers, think by yourself). lol.

Let's go the first one.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS (The common Questions and what i expected)

  1. Tell me about yourself.
Don't tell your name, hobbies, where you lived or from but tell them which university you went to, what course? when you graduated? if you have an experience before in working, tell them and how long..

      2. What's your greatest strength?

Tell them what are you good at? like are you hardworker? fast learner?what skills you have? and explain it. At least two skills. two.. two.. haha

      3. What're your weakness?

DON'T SAY "i don't have weakness". Hello~ are you perfect? we're not perfect, okay! tell them your weakness and how you overcome your weakness. For example:

"I have learned that i'm a careless person so in order to overcome my weakness as careless, I check my work many.. many..many time before i submit to the final state"

       4. What you know about this clinic? (AVO)

For this question, you have to do some research about the company. Search in google. Simple.. but for my situation. that company don't have website so i don't have any clue so i searched what is Veterinary clinic, what services they're offered..bla..bla.. haha

      5. Why did you apply for this job?

Why you are so in interested to that job? be honest!

      6. Why should we hire you?

This question will be ask if there are too many candidates. What interviewer want for you? They asking you to sell yourself. This question mostly like the Question number 2 but to answer that question, you must have the powerful answer (ayat uh bagi bunga-bunga la sikit)

       7. How would you handle a situation that cause you to be late for work?

First point, apologize then offer yourself to stay late to make up for hours and promise that you WILL never do that again.

       8. How would your employer describe your past work?

Dou you have experience in working? Did you employer like you? Why?tell them

       9. How to deal with an agressive animals? (AVO)
Do research! read lot of books and articles or from forum site.

       10. How do you schedule your time in busy day

How you manage your time? if you don't know the answer just remember how struggle you are when you in university or college. Too many assignments, right? so how you deal with it?

        11. How do you feel about cleaning up after animals? (AVO)

you can't deny the situation when you will work at veterinary clicic. Be honest but make sure your answer is good to hear!

12, How do you feel about being asked to perform tasks outside of your job description?

If you really want to work just say YES! ( tak payah banyak songeh)

What Questions i've been asked? >.<

1. Betul ke nak kerja sini?
2. Awak tahu kan bidang awak nak ni lari dari bidang awak belajar kat kolej? sanggup ke tukar?
3. Apa yang ada dalam resume ni, dari pengalaman awak dan pencapaian awak tak sesuai untuk AVO. Nanti sia-sia je skill tu ada tapi kerja as AVO, so better tuk awak as HR, awak boleh kerja underpressure?
4. Awak boleh taip laju?
5. Awak sebagai HR dan pekerja datang lambat so apa tindakan awak? (jawab ikut undang-undang negara)
5. HR kena pandai B.I ( tu sebab ku buat blog dalam bi, practice makes perfect)

now your turn to ask! ask what ever you want to ask.
jangan tanya pasal bonus! belum kerja dah tanya pasal bonus. -.-

okay.. that's all. Hope these enough for you and goodluck!
jadi diri sendiri~ practice makes perfect
practice infront of mirror first!
bye.. see ya. love you!

TrendingNow: Skincare for Glass Skin - Indoindians.com

The Korean glass skin trend is all about cleansing and layering lightweight, hydrating skin care products to help create the appearance of glowing, dewy skin. Here’s how to try the glass skin trend for yourself:

STEP 1: START WITH A GENTLE CLEANSER

As with any skin care routine, facial cleanser should always be the first step. Cleansing removes dirt and impurities from the surface of your skin for a clean finish. Because you’re going to be following up cleansing with an exfoliant, pick a facial cleanser that is both gentle and effective.

Since the glass skin look is the ultimate goal, you should also look for a cleanser that can help brighten the appearance of your complexion, like the L’Oréal Paris Pure-Clay Detox & Brighten Cleanser. Squeeze a small amount of facial cleanser into your (clean) hands and add water to transform it from a clay to a mousse consistency. Gently massage the facial cleanser onto your face, then rinse off thoroughly with lukewarm water and gently pat dry with a washcloth.

Editor’s tip: When it comes to Korean skin care, it’s pretty much considered fact that the only way to turn your skin into a fresh and smooth canvas is with double cleansing. This method begins with a cleanser that removes your makeup and starts to cleanse the skin, then follows up with a second facial cleanser meant to rid the skin of remaining dirt and impurities. We recommend using a cleansing oil first, then using the clay cleanser mentioned above.

STEP 2: EXFOLIATE WITH A FACE SCRUB

Now that your face is clean, it’s time to reach for a face scrub. Exfoliating regularly from head to toe should be a key part of any skin care routine. Still, it’s an especially crucial step in getting glass skin because it buffs away all the dead, dull-looking skin cells from the surface of your complexion. Be sure to choose a face scrub that’s formulated for your specific skin type and issues. Remember, the goal with any facial scrub is to achieve gentle exfoliation that reveals a bright, fresh-looking complexion—no redness allowed!

So, if you’ve got dry skin, choose a nourishing scrub. If you tend to get blackheads, pick a scrub formulated to deeply penetrate pores, and so on. Here are our best options:

The L’Oréal Paris Pure-Sugar Resurface & Energize Kona Coffee Scrub is formulated with real Kona coffee grounds and helps energize tired, dull-looking skin.

The L’Oréal Paris Pure-Sugar Nourish & Soften Cocoa Scrub contains rich cocoa butter and nourishing coconut oil, making it a great choice for those who tend to have dry skin.

The L’Oréal Paris Pure-Sugar Smooth & Glow Grapeseed Scrub will give your skin a baby-soft, glowing finish, thanks to its formula, which contains finely ground acai and nutrient-rich monoi and grapeseed oil.

The L’Oréal Paris Pure-Sugar Purify & Unclog Kiwi Scrub is formulated with real kiwi seeds and helps to polish away dead skin cells and deeply purify and unclog pores.

Once you’ve chosen the right face scrub formula for your skin, smooth a small amount of the scrub onto damp, clean skin and gently massage it over your face with wet fingers. Remember, don’t scrub too hard and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Bonus: You can also use all of the aforementioned face scrubs on your lips! Here’s How to Use a Lip Scrub Before Applying Lipstick for a little guidance.

STEP 3: REACH FOR A SHEET MASK

Who says you can’t add a little pampering into your glass skin routine? Sheet masks are a great way to give your skin a nourishing treat while addressing your skin care concerns. One of our favorite ways to face mask, this essential deeply penetrates the skin to boost moisture and brightness. Simply pop one on to give your skin a quick dose of TLC.

STEP 4: USE A HYDRATING TONER

Contrary to popular belief, not all toners dry out your skin. The key is to use a hydrating offering that’s free of alcohol, like the L’Oréal Paris HydraFresh Toner, which is formulated with pro-vitamin B5 and helps protect against moisture loss and leaves skin feeling soft and supple. To use, moisten a cotton ball and smooth over your face and neck.

STEP 5: APPLY A HYDRATING SERUM

Glass skin is all about a healthy-looking, dewy complexion, so hydrating your skin is an absolute must! After cleansing and toning, apply a facial serum onto damp skin. If you’re not already using a face serum regularly, it would behoove you to learn about all the beauty benefits that serums can offer (to get you started, here's our article, What Is a Face Serum and Why Should You Use One).

For Korean glass skin, in particular, hyaluronic acid is a great ingredient to look out for in a serum because it’s often found in intensely hydrating formulas. Try the L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Derm Intensives 1.5% Pure Hyaluronic Acid Serum, which absorbs quickly and gives skin a visibly plumped, youthful look. To use, apply a few drops onto your face and neck, then gently smooth over your skin in upward motions, being careful to avoid your eyes.

STEP 6: LAYER ON A LIGHTWEIGHT MOISTURIZER

Next up: Moisturizer! Yes, that’s right—you’ll want to layer a moisturizer on top of the serum, which will effectively lock in moisture and help give you a radiant glow. Obviously, with any facial moisturizer, the overall goal is to moisturize your complexion, but just as you chose your previous products based on your skin type and concerns, you’ll want to take the same approach here.

Our Hydra Genius line is a great choice when trying to achieve the glass skin look because the moisturizers are super lightweight and water-based. Take your pick from one of these options, based on your skin type: the L’Oréal Paris Hydra Genius Daily Liquid Care – Normal/Oily Skin, The L’Oréal Paris Hydra Genius Daily Liquid Care – Normal/Dry Skin, or the L’Oréal Paris Hydra Genius Daily Liquid Care – Extra Dry Skin. To use, apply a light, even layer of your moisturizer of choice over your entire complexion, smoothing until thoroughly absorbed.

STEP 7: APPLY YOUR FOUNDATION

To really ensure a glowing, glass-like final look, use a foundation that’s moisturizing and doesn’t have a matte finish—matte makeup will give you the opposite of a glass skin look. A medium-coverage foundation is a great way to build up to your desired look without over-doing it and causing your skin to look cakey (also wrong for achieving the glass skin look). Your best bet is using a foundation with a radiant finish, like the L’Oréal Paris Infallible Pro-Glow Foundation.

STEP 8: APPLY A HIGHLIGHTING LOTION

Now that your skin has been properly cleansed, exfoliated, and hydrated for a glowing finish, all that’s left is adding an extra bright sheen. To get the look, squeeze some of L’Oréal Paris True Match™ Lumi Glotion Natural Glow Enhancer onto your fingertips and massage it onto your skin, paying close attention to your cheekbones and the tip of your nose.

STEP 9: ADD A FINAL LAYER OF TARGETED GLOW

Hang in there; you’re almost done! Last but not least, apply a final layer of a glow-boosting highlighter, like the L’Oréal Paris True Match™ Lumi Glow Amour Glow Boosting Drops, onto the top of your cheekbones, bridge of your nose, center of your forehead, and cupid’s bow. Apply a drop or two to each area, then blend everything out with a makeup blender, like the L’Oréal Paris Infallible Blend Artist Foundation Blender.

6 Hacks For BLACKPINK's "Glass Skin" You Must Steal NOW - Koreaboo

Now that you know how to get glass skin, you can move on to completing your makeup look! With the Korean glass skin look, we recommend keeping your makeup look relatively light. Here are our suggestions:

1. GIVE CHEEKS SOME COLOR

A glass skin look definitely requires a bit of color on the cheeks. Stick with a natural look with a shimmery finish to match your glistening skin. For bronzer, apply the L’Oréal Paris True Match™ Lumi Bronze It Bronzer to your cheekbones and temples. Next, use your fingertips to apply a light dusting of rose-tinted highlighter onto your brow bone, the tops of your cheeks, and your cupid’s bow. We love the L’Oréal Paris True Match™ Lumi Glow Nude Highlighter Palette for this step.

2. KEEP EYES SUBTLE

Since you’ve just put so much time and effort into achieving Korean glass skin, keep your eye makeup simple and subdued so you can really show off your new, dewy complexion. Try a thin line of liquid eyeliner, like the L’Oréal Paris Infallible The Super Slim Liquid Eyeliner, on your upper-lid. Keep your eyeshadow minimal and nude-colored, using shades in the L’Oréal Paris Colour Riche La Palette Nude, and finish everything off with a few swipes of a lengthening mascara, like the L’Oréal Paris Voluminous Lash Paradise Washable Mascara.

3. PERFECT YOUR ARCHES

In our book, no beauty look is ever complete without filled in brows! Keep it quick and easy here too, with a little bit of the L’Oréal Paris Unbelieva-Brow Longwear Waterproof Brow Gel.

4. PLAY UP YOUR POUT

Glossy lips are the perfect complement to glowing skin. Go for a gloss with a shiny but not sticky finish, like the L’Oréal Paris Infallible 8HR Le Gloss.

How Close Is Malaysia From Its Goal Of Joining The OECD?
This is Petronas Twin Tower

Soaring to a height of 451.9 metres, the 88-storey twin structure is Kuala Lumpur's crown jewel. Majestic by day and dazzling at night, the PETRONAS Twin Towers is inspired by Tun Mahathir Mohamad's vision for Malaysia to be a global player. Together with master architect Cesar Pelli, the international icon powerfully captures the nation's ambitions and aspirations.

huh, when you come to Malaysia, please make sure you visit this KLCC. Its nice view to take a picture at night and please.. please..please to walk in from the first floor until the heigher level. haha. You will get a sensation you never have before cause there's a lot of games. I'm a gamer so yeah.. this is my heaven! lol. But if you like going to as island to rest your mind, don't worry! we have many islands here and there are beautiful!

Malaysia has more than 800 islands across both sides of the peninsula and around Borneo. Almost a million residents live on some, while others consist of a handful of wooden shacks.

and if you like me, like to do an extreme sport such as jungle trekking. There are 5 best jungle treks in Malaysia such as Templer Park, Malaysia, Mount Datuk Negeri Sembilan,Danum Valley's reinforest, Sabah, Bako National Park, Sarawak. You can go those places but i most prefer mounts in area Cameron Highland cause i like cold weather. haha.  For example, Mount Datok Tok Nenek, Mount Yong Belar and Mount Siku. There a lot and i could not remember all of them. You can search in Google for more information. :)

okay, that's is. Hope you like it and see you again. 😙

Featured snippet from the web

The cold weather in Cameron Highlands is due to its elevation above sea level and its ideal geographical location which is in the highlands of Pahang. Throughout the year, Cameron Highlands experience low temperature which can be quite chilling at night
